One-Off Creations was founded in 2022 by Lenise Levesque. Lenise is a writer, designer, entrepreneur, system builder, and advocate for mental wellness and creativity. Inspired by real people and lived experiences, she combines her professional expertise with a lifelong passion for helping others find meaning, hope, and practical solutions in everyday life.

One-Off Creations represents the coming together of her experiences, passions, creativity, and desire to make a meaningful difference. The work she creates is rooted in a simple belief: Even the smallest light can help someone find their way.

​

Throughout her career, Lenise worked in operations, management, administration, budgeting, payroll, compliance, project coordination, and organizational systems. She managed multi-million-dollar budgets, developed policies and procedures, led complex projects, and built efficient systems designed to support both people and organizations.

​

Her professional background includes advanced Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, process improvement, reporting, training, operational leadership, and system development.

​

Outside of her professional work, Lenise has always been deeply creative. She combines writing, design, illustration, product development, and storytelling to create resources that are both practical and meaningful. 

 

Through One-Off Creations Studio, she focuses on creativity, resilience, community, and personal growth by creating unique stationery, handmade gifts, jewellery, games, journals, and stories designed to inspire and encourage. 

 

Through DBL OVR dZINES, she celebrates trucking, motorcycles, the trades, and the hardworking communities that keep our world moving.

Through the Blue Lantern Project, she develops journals, worksheets, companion cards, planners, and gentle systems designed to support overwhelmed minds, creative thinkers, and individuals navigating life's challenges.

 

Lenise is also the author of Invisible Bruises, a memoir exploring coercive control, trauma, PTSD, resilience, and the long journey of rebuilding a life after profound loss.

She is currently working on the forthcoming Murder in Full Colour Mystery Series, featuring an amateur detective who owns an art gallery in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The first novel, Rain Over Nanaimo, is scheduled for release in November 2026.

At the heart of every project is the same goal: to help people feel seen, supported, inspired, and a little less alone.

When she isn't writing, designing, or dreaming up new ideas, Lenise can usually be found spending time with her family, her dogs, a notebook full of ideas, and far more creative plans than there are hours in the day.

Lenise's partner in creativity is her daughter. She is a young creator with a passion for beauty, self-expression, and helping people feel confident in their own style. She creates handmade bead bracelets, custom nail designs, and beautiful hairstyles.

​

Her goal is simple: to help people feel good about themselves while expressing their unique style with confidence. She loves experimenting with new colours, designs, and creative ideas while making products that are both fun and meaningful.
